Program
Our team competes in the New England Preparatory Athletic Council (NEPSAC) league in Class A. The four values our team discusses daily are competition, consistency, communication, and care. We believe these values build successful young men in all aspects of their life. Our goal is to run a college-level program that will prepare our student-athletes for a seamless transition to collegiate play.
Coaches
Matthew Droney
Matthew Droney holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Babson College and a master’s degree in sports leadership from Northeastern University. While at Babson, he was a two-time captain of the men’s basketball team, winning the 2016–17 NCAA Championship. Droney holds extensive experience as a basketball coach, with a combined seven seasons of NCAA DIII coaching. He also coached and co-founded the We Are D3 TBT team that competes in The Basketball Tournament each summer on ESPN. As a coach, Droney has made NCAA tournament appearances in 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023, and 2024; was NEWMAC Tournament Champion in 2023 and 2024; and has recruited and coached one All-American player, numerous All New England selections, All NEWMAC players, and 1,000-point scorers.
