Kelsey Federico

Kelsey Federico holds a bachelor's degree from UMass Lowell where she competed on their Division I field hockey team from 2014 to 2018. She competed in the American East Conference and helped lead her team to its first ever conference tournament. Federico coaches club field hockey for Northeast Elite Field Hockey. She pulls all of her coaching knowledge and recruiting experience from this program. Previously, she was the head coach at The Derryfield School in Manchester, New Hampshire, for four years prior to joining Dexter Southfield.
